CDU Scholarships: For talented and worthy students from all over the world who want to pursue higher education at Charles Darwin University, the Vice-International Chancellor’s High Achievers Scholarships (VCIHAS) was established. International students who wish to attend CDU in Australia are eligible for the scholarship.

The VCIHAS is valid for the duration of your studies at the university.
The scholarship covers either 50% or 25% of the tuition cost

The Vice-Chancellor’s International High Achievers Scholarships applications are available in mid-July for semester 1 and 2 intakes. For semesters 1 and 2, the application deadlines are November 15 of the preceding year and May 15 of the current year.
Eligibility Criteria
For consideration for Vice-International Chancellor’s High Achievers Scholarships, potential applicants must meet the criteria listed below:
An international student with an active student visa for Australia is required.
The most complex qualification must receive an overall grade of at least 85%.
A program starting in 2020 is required for the applicant.
Meet the academic and English language competency standards of the university.
Must have a Charles Darwin University Australia admissions offer.
Must not hold any other scholarships from Australian universities or overseas sponsors.
The Vice-International Chancellor’s High Achievers Scholarships are not open to anyone who is currently an Australian citizen, a permanent resident or holds New Zealand citizenship.
Application Process
Candidates must download the application form from the university’s website and submit it before the application deadline in order to be considered for a CDU Vice-International Chancellor’s High Achievers Scholarship.
In order to be considered for VCIHAS, a candidate must also submit an application for admission to CDU’s degree program.
The applicant must also submit two referee reports, each including the referee’s name, work contact information, and email address.
NOTE: The referee must be a member of the applicant’s academic or professional network. The “Referee’s Report” is available for download by candidates on the official website.
You must first submit a Studylink application for admission before utilizing the VCIHAS Application form to apply for a scholarship. For commencement in Semester 2, 2022, the application deadline is June 30, 2022.
The following variables affect the selection criterion for the Vice-International Chancellor’s High Achievers Scholarships:
Academic standing in the highest degree earned
The supporting statement or scholarship essay
Reports from referees submitted with the application
The candidates are evaluated based on the data contained in the applications after the filing of the applications for admission to CDU Australia and the VCIHAS. The university then notifies the chosen candidates as soon as possible, probably within a month of the application deadline.
To continue offering the CDU Vice-Scholarships Chancellors for International High Achievers the recipient of the scholarship must:
Being an international student going forward
Pay the outstanding tuition balance by the due date, if possible.
Maintain 40 credit points of full-time enrollment each successive semester
Throughout the semesters, uphold a solid academic record with passing grades in every topic and a minimum GPA of 5.3.
