WHO ALL CAN APPLY ?

1. Employers.
Any employer who wants to hire a foreign worker can apply for an this . But there is one condition. They must be unable to find a Canadian citizen or permanent resident to fill the position

2. Foreign Workers a.k.a Us
If we are offered a job in Canada and wish to work in the country , we must have a positive LMIA from our prospective employer in order to apply for a work permit. For some jobs , there are exceptions to it’s process , which allows some workers to enter Canada without an LMIA.

But , don’t you relax my dear fellow nurses, we need LMIA for applying for our work permit.

IMPORTANCE OF LMIA FOR NURSES

So many nurses from different places apply for full time and part time jobs in many hospitals.

But the important thing to keep in mind as a nurse aspiring to work in  Canada is, if you are looking forward to working permanently in a hospital , then you must need a LMIA. And also , to provide this, our employer must provide a full time and permanent job. This goes both ways.
